Serving Ohio Area Cutters The Ohio Cutting Horse Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization and one of the oldest continuous affiliates of the National Cutting Horse Association. The OCHA was founded in 1953 and has grown to a strong membership. Our management consists solely of volunteers who have given of their time and resources to help support cutting in Ohio for over 50 years. We encourage new members and people who have not tried cutting to do so. |
